Attorney Profile

Greg Biddle has practiced law for over 34 years.  Mr. Biddle concentrates his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Debtors Court for individuals.  He practices almost exclusively in the Birmingham area including Jefferson, Shelby, and Blount counties.

Mr. Biddle served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Stair, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He also served as an intern to the Honorable George S. Wright, United States Chief Bankruptcy Judge in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Mr. Biddle graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1989 earning a Juris Doctorate degree.  While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Law and Psychology Review and received the Dean’s Award.  In addition, he was inducted into ODK and the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama majoring in finance.  He was recognized as an Outstanding Senior in Finance and was inducted into the Financial Management Honor Society and Omicron Delta Epsilon economics honorary.  He was also inducted into Anderson Society and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Mr. Biddle is a member of the Alabama Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association where he has served on the Executive Board of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, the Board of Directors of the Solo/Small Firm Section, and the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers’ Section.
